need suggestions not playing softball related

in January 2016 Moms
After thinking about it for awhile i decided I will stop playing softball this year. however, I'm already two months into the season on both teams. My bf plays on one of the teams with me. I don't know how to tell them I can't play without telling them. Please give me your ideas suggestions?

    Does someone babysit your kid normally? If so say the cancelled

    Go with you are feeling overwhelmed and you just want to take a break. No one can fault you for that!

    Ha. So I'm in the same boat. I will go back after baby, but so far I have still been playing this season. I won't be around for the next two weeks. That gets me to 8 weeks, but not sure what to do to get to 12 weeks.

    Use a plausible medical excuse that doesn't require explanation.

    @monilee1017 No, my son usually goes to the games. Most of the players are other couples with children. And I will still be going to the games everyother weekend. My bf plays on the team and it is about 45 min from our house.  :-S Considering telling them I injured my hand or something and I cant play till it gets check... Hope they are not suspicious...

    Say you found out you had mono and didn't even know it, but your spleen is still enlarged. I actually had to stop playing softball when I really did have mono!
