That was me today!! Just feeling icky and tired. Did some research and ladies our little ones are going through one of their first major growth spurts. (I'm 16 weeks 4 days). Apparently we should feel better in a couple of days.
I'm with you! My tailbone gives me some serious pain and the amount of cramps and sharp pains I have are driving me crazy. I'm constantly concerned about the baby being ok. I don't care about the pain for myself I'll suffer through it but the fear for the baby is hard to deal with!
I'm with you! My whole body, especially at the end of the day, hurts so bad all I want to do is lay down and not move at all..especially my back and hips.:
I wonder why we have tailbone pain. The rest I understand but why the tailbone? Seems odd to me. It still hurts but everything else is feeling better, for now
Omg!! Yes to everything here!! I'm with you ladies!! I actually asked my dr today about the tailbone pain and she said because of how early in the pregnancy is the uterus hasn't pushed hour of the pelvis area yet so the baby is most likely resting on or right up against your tailbone. She said heating pads and if it's severe have a chiropractor adjust lower back area to assist with pain.
Relieved to know I'm not alone. Despite working out I'm ending most everyday with lower back pain. Now it feels more like a pinched nerve closer to my tail bone. I feel a million years old by 8pm! Has anyone considered acupuncture or a chiropractor (I haven't done either, only massages)

That sounds like sciatic nerve pain. I went to a chiropractor last time and it helped so much. I'll be going back again once I get uncomfortable.
Feeling pretty yuck over here too! I thought maybe because it was my 3rd (I've never felt back pain/overall icky) that I was feeing it so early (14w6d), but I'm glad to know I'm not alone. A heating pad, warm bath, and rest have been my best friends at the end of each day!
Only 4 months and I can't even walk for long periods of time. Hubby and I went for 15 min walk and I was DYING by the end. My back and feet were killing me. But I'm also on my feet all day at work too. Can't wait to see how I'll be when I'm bigger :-/ My friend had a pinched nerve in her back too when she was pregnant. Sounds similar to what you're describing, Brooke.
Any moms having low back as described above that feels like spine is "wobbly" or unstable? With every wobble, I get nerve pain. I went to Chiro once (didn't really help after first visit and I felt like garbage the rest of the day) but wonder if it is going to help anyway since I feel so unstable! I feel like it's happening way too early! 17 wks! I might try a belt/brace for iliosacral support. I found one on Amazon for $30.00. Still got a long way to go ladies!!!
