Pain relief 15 weeks pregnant

in November 2015 Moms
fell down the stairs this morning and in severe back pain and headache. Ob said to take Tylenol only but not working. Any other suggestions

    Maybe try a hot bath or a heating pad, just be careful it is not too hot.
    I used icey hot for neck pain while I was pregnant with first, maybe try that too if you could of pulled anything.
    I hope you feel better.
