Already peeing my pants

I'm only 17 weeks and sometimes when I sneeze I pee. I've read doing kegel exercises can help this but I've been doing them since I found out I was expecting. Anyone else experiencing this? Or have any ideas on how to help it?!

I've had a few moments with the nausea where my bladder decides to release at the same time as my stomach. Pretty annoying and H always gives me the saddest puppy eyes when I have to change my pants LOL.

Sigh. Yes. It's even worse right now because I have a horrible cold. I've been sneezing like crazy, which means I've utilized lots of panty liners. Smh.

Yes!! I have a cough and it sucks, gotta cross me legs to cough or sneeze. I am on my fourth and my oldest is 5 years so I have been dealing with this for 6 years!! Just as my bladder is getting stronger I get pregnant

This is our 2nd and this has happened to me. My bladder has never been the same after the first natural birth ....
