Hey gals! I have had dull pain in my tailbone... Gets pretty painful come evening etc. Anyone else and any good remedies? I just picked up a heating pad and trying to take it easier towards the end of the night.
I get this if I sit too long. I have a cube job so I try to get up at least once an hour to stretch and move around some. I also have the U shaped pregnancy pillow. Using that so part of it is between my legs and I can support my belly with it had helped a ton. You could do the same with regular pillows.
