Your "Go-to" Products & Foods (w/ pics!)

I've been researching so many different products out there and thought it would be fun to see what your daily go to's are for the first tri!
Be sure to add a pic!

Since I'm gluten free, I've tried a lot of products and most are not very palatable. The franz 7- grain is my daily staple. And I'm really hung up on anything clean eating (fruits/veggies). Just discovered these honey grams this AM and it saved me from my first MS day :-).

As far as products, I still need to find a belly cream, but am using coconut oil for now! I also could not live without my Arbonne!

I'm on vacation so I had to screen shot these photos from the internet because they aren't with me lol . Chia seeds are great! Put it in smoothies and yogurt for extra omega 3, a little protein, and fiber. The have no taste ! Coconut oil in my house is a must ! I bake with it, use it as body lotion and I eat a spoon full of it a day! It's awesome I could go on about coconut oil forever. Google it . Last is this amazing African black soap I use on my body and face for the past week, I started using neutrogena after having to stop my 5 (yes 5) medicated acne creams/lotions/washes and it was just ok. I read on TB about this African black soap and it's FANTASTIC!! No blemishes , doesn't dry out my skin and it's safe ;) These photos are the actual brands I use as well :)

I'm basically going with whatever doesn't make me feel nauseas when I think about it. This afternoon that was french fries and an icee. Since I basically kept nothing down yesterday though, I'm not worried about it being unhealthy, as long as I keep it down.

I'm mostly eating fruits at home because that's basically all I can tolerate. Watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, cherries. And I've been sucking on Popsicles and sipping lemonade throughout the day.

    MS is the worst.

  • I've been snacking on homemade mango salsa nonstop. So delicious, healthy, and it helps with constipation which is a huge bonus!

This thread made me wonder: would anyone be interested in starting a recipe thread? I'd love ideas for some nutritious meals to make over these upcoming months. Thoughts?

    Love that idea!
  • I have been thinking of doing a recipe thread too! Let's do it. My fave product right now is my SodaStream cause seltzer helps with nausea. Got it a couple days before we got the positive.

No pics because I can't be moved from this couch lol

Homemade gingersnaps, ginger ale, coldest water possible, croissants (cashew butter sometimes)....and that's about all I can eat, at all. I keep trying...and keep getting sick haha.

I also use coconut oil, witch hazel and Neutrogena naturals for anything on my face. I recently got super sun burnt and have no idea what to do with it. I keep putting tons and tons of aloe on it, but it's been like 3 days... normal to still be killing me?

    Edit: forgot products

    Seriously love it!!!
  • Yes!! A recipe thread would be awesome! Since pregnancy I've been doing a salad a day, no dressing. Seems to be better, less calories, and yum yum with a bit of salmon on it!
