Still bloated, when did your hcg level dropped to zero ?

Hi there,
Im 2 weeks and 4 days after my mc now. Im still bloated ! ( i was 9 weeks )
i still have to "cover up" my belly
I would die if someone would ask, ow it looks like you have a belly are you pregnant ?!
When did your hcg level dropped to zero ? Over here they don't check it, im still very tired, headache, dry lips, weird dreams.. I still have the small symptoms.
Pff hope it goes away soon and my normal cycle comes back !
How lond did it take you guys for your first period ?

I was told by my doctor that once I get my first cycle my levels would have dropped down to where they are supposed to be. My doctor doesn't check levels either. I'm 3.5 weeks out from my D&C and still no period yet. It should come in the next 1-3 weeks though.

Would love to know this too!! I'm getting my hcg levels checked in 10 days (I'm 12 days post beginning of mc). I plan on taking a home pregnancy test in a few days so I at least will know if the hcg levels have dropped below 25 or not. You could do the same, but if it's negative you won't know if your hcg is really at 0 or just less than 25.

I lost twins at 9.5 weeks and am 10 days post D&C and am still crazy bloated too! My RE is checking beta levels each Tuesday. Last week was 800 still. I go in tomorrow and will let you know. I was told to expect it to take about a month.

I lost my sweet angel on April 7th. On the 22nd my levels were down to 3. Still no sign of my period though. I was 9wks when I lost my angel and my levels are in the 8000's.

It's been 12 days now since my D&C and my beta is now at 44. Hoping its negative by next week but we shall see!

I'm 8 days post mc. Had blood taken yesterday. Got the results today and levels were 56.

I think you should check your b-hcg levels asap. There is something called molar pregnancy and I went through it.

I had heavy bleeding at 5 weeks and I thought it was another miscarriage and the hcg levels were 134. I was sure that they would go down, and the next count was 191. I thought my body couldn't register that it lost the baby. And I was sick of hospitals so I went 15 days without checking my hcg levels. I had slight discomfort, bloating and some bleeding, I thought was normal. On 15th day I got suspicious of the persistent bump and had another pregnancy test and it tested positive, meaning my levels haven't zeroed.

So I went to gyno. He checked the b-hcg level and sure enough it was 2900! I had two Methotrexate injections until the levels started to fall again. The last count was 2400 and I am having another test this Wednesday.

Do not stop checking until the hcg level is below 5.

7 weeks post mc and still not down to 0...my OB said that I'll get my period 4-6 weeks after hcg drops to 0, so I've got a while til I can try again...super bummed out.

I am 13 days post D&C and I am testing HCG out with HPTs. Still getting positives though

Still bloated too. Salt in an open would to have to wear my belly button band and not be preg. I just want to be able to wear my pre-preg pants and so far it is a no-go. I found out we lost our angel at 8 weeks 1 day.

First I just want to say so sorry for all of your losses. My levels were around 12,000 when I had my d&c and within 2 weeks I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. But it still took till day 45 to get my first cycle.

I was 9 weeks 6 days when baby stopped growing, found out at 12 weeks 6 days I was having a mmc. I got a negative pregnancy test one week post d&c and OPK are showing high fertility now, 2 weeks later. My cycle has always been very regular so I am glad this loss hasn't thrown my body off. We are anxious to ttc again right away.

I was only 6w5d and my levels took 3 weeks to drop to zero. Everyone is different, but it is so frustrating and difficult to wait. I'm so sorry for your loss, praying the next time will work out differently.
