Let's face it: Some of you ladies haven't had the best pregnancies. Between nausea, exhaustion, and hormones it has been no walk in the park. However, I thought it would be nice to reflect on the best moment or aspect of your pregnancy thus far. Maybe when you're in the middle of dozing off during a meeting or squeezing your swollen feet into your shoes, you can reflect on that time and it will bring a smile to your face. For me, the best part of my pregnancy has been my belly. I know, its weird. But I love it. Its like a constant reminder that I'm not alone. I also really enjoy eating 6 meals a day and having nobody even bat an eye. I'll certainly miss that after I deliver

and lastly, DH layed his head down right next to my belly, pulled out his Bible, and began to read out loud to her. It was so sweet, and someday I will tell her all about it.
Re: The best part of my pregnancy is...
Also, seeing her kicks move my entire stomach is kind of cool and freaky at the same time. I can't wait to hold her in my arms :-)
I think someone has said this before in one of these threads: the best part for me is not getting a period.
The moving, creating life, etc. is great but at the end of the day I would rather just have it over with

SURPRISE!!! Emma Leigh - due 8/27/2015 (c-section date 8/7/2015)
Agree with @emmacake08 that not having to suck in the tummy is awesome! Especially in comfy sundresses
Putting away tiny sweet clothes is fun too!
After we got home, I laid down on the bed and my lil girl decided to move all around and kick! It seemed like all of the aches in my feet and back just melted away then.
All I could do was smile. :-)
I love maternity jeans. Seriously- I am never going back.
Oh yeah and feeling her move, that's cool too
1. No period & not buying tampons
2. Wearing comfy pants & having a great excuse to do so
3. A little more freedom with eating (hello, Moosetracks ice cream)
4. Feeling her kick...I love it
5. Bonding with other moms...I feel like I've gotten closer with some of my coworkers just from convos about pregnancy/raising kids
6. DH being loving & supportive...it reassures me that he will be a great dad. My favorite moment was when he put his face close to my belly and said, "Hey, you in there...this is your daddy!"

For some strange reason the low back pain I've had for 20 years has gone away. I hope it doesn't come back ever.
