If you were breastfeeding already id say clogged duct and the beginnings of mastitis. I'd try a hot shower and massage the spot to see if that gives any relief and definitely get it checked out if its not getting better.
Better safe then sorry. I had a surgery and developed a clot. Although, I don't have a clotting disorder. I was put back onto blood thinners at 6 weeks. They say hormones cause blood clots and just to be safe to stay on them. Good thing to know with worse case scenario. The blood thinning medication does not effect the fetus at all
I was going to say mastitis BUT if it's a blood clot you do not want to massage it. I'd wait to see a Dr before you doing anything, just to rule a clot out.
Sounds like a clogged duct. As PP said- try a hot shower and massage it. It can't hurt to call either. If you're leaking already it very well could be a clog.
Re: My left breast has a red hot kind of hard spot not to small and not to big not to much pain
