La Croix sparking flavored water is prefect! I like to add fresh fruit to spice it up a little. I still have about a soda a day that contains aspartame... Everything in small doses.
Are you wanting calorie free? I drink mineral water mixed with juice, but of course the juice has calories. So yummy though! Izze sodas are good. Sometimes I get the San Peligrino sodas too.
I drink La Croix, but I also just discovered Lipton Carbonated Tea. The Raspberry is really good. It's not calorie free- 70 a can, but it has a bit of caffeine and lower sugar than regular pop.
I have heard La Croix is great but I just like to create my own flavored water. I throw different fruits/herbs into my water bottle in the morning. Lately I am really liking frozen pineapple and mint. Another favorite is coconut water. You can find some flavored coconut water but plain is my favorite.
Vitamin water zero and sobe water zero both have amazing flavors and are sweetened with stevia. I live the lemonade and fruit punh vitamin water and the mango with blood orange and blank with blue berry sobe.
If you want a soda fix, there is a soda called Zevia and it is sweetened with Stevia rather than sugar or artificial sweeteners. It's expensive, but worth it to satisfy those rare soda cravings. As far as water, I agree with La Croix and Perrier! Have not tried the others.
