Change in Smell of Bowel Movement

My 8 week old has had a sudden change in the smell of her messy diapers. She is EBF and diapers have not been smelly in the past. Over the last two days they have become smelly. I haven't changed anything in my diet, and was already off dairy products. Anyone know why the change? Am I worrying over nothing?

    Mine did too! To a sweetish smell, like hot melted butter or something. Gross! I thought it was because we had started Zantac for reflux.

    My LO's changed suddenly also, but it matched up with us starting to give her Culturelle once a day (doc recommended it), so I'm sure it was that. Did anything like that change?

    We haven't had any change in her medicine. She takes a probiotic, but that's all. I did just start the mini pill, so maybe that's it? It's the only change I can think of.

    Weird, I just noticed a change too. But ours is rancid... Smells like rotting vegetables. No change here, he's been on Zantac and nutramagin for quite some time. He just turned 9 weeks
