Baby Neck Cheese

Hey everyone! So lately my baby has been getting this foul order and "neck cheese". What are your recommendations of getting rid of this. I havent gone to the doctor yet and wanted to know what worked best with you. He gets this rash and this gross smell to it. Ive heard Aquaphor and Vaselin is good, is that true? Also, my baby is getting the same thing behind his ears except its not a rash, just patches of skin and a gross smell. HELP!

    It's milk/formula. Just wipe him down with a damp cloth and/or bathe him more frequently. I use powder in my DDs neck rolls to keep the moisture at bay.

    What britanee&baby said. It's the milk/formula that is spit out or runs down. I just wet a washcloth with warm water and a tiny dab of baby wash for smell and clean the neck crease and behind the ears. Totally normal. Try to get some air under the neck too when you hold baby.
