Should I take her to the doctor?

Hey all!
So my 16 month old daughter has been projectile vomiting for the last three days, low grade fever, and slight abdominal pain. I don't know whether I should just let it pass or if I should take her in? She doesn't seem to care to eat anything, also. Since Friday/Saturday, she has been off and on playful. She will play, and then just lay around and appear lethargic the rest of the day.

I don't know whether I should just let it pass or if I should take her in? She doesn't seem to care to eat anything, also. Since Friday/Saturday, she has been off and on playful. She will play, and then just lay around and appear lethargic the rest of the day.
I don't know if it is of any significance, but the last week and a half she has had EEG testing done for absence seizures.
