Embarrassing gas after delivery

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this - went to Costco 4 days postpartum and literally farted through the entire store! I seriously couldn't take 3 steps without letting one go!! It was mortifying but hilarious at the same time. I'm still super gassy today. Anyone else?

    I am jealous. I have the most crippling gas pain (rock-hard pressure in my bottom and pains in my stomach). I feel like if I could let it all rip I'd feel so relieved.

    Did you have a section? I found it unbearable after my sections!! My natural birth not so much.

    A week pp I had a majorly loud one sneak out in front of my husband when I stood up once. I wanted to cry! Never done that before.

    That's a good sign, though. I say let 'em rip!

    My poor DH has had to deal with gas for the last 9 months. I expect he'll deal with it again postpartum soon. At least it's just gas and you aren't in the middle of a conversation and suddenly stop and go, "I think I just pooped!" (true story, happened after my first!) :D

    I have that now while I'm still pregnant! My almost 3 year old is constantly telling me I'm stinky lol

    DO THIS: get on your hands and knees in cat/cow yoga position, arch and round your back. Your gas will come out like a champ! It's seriously my greatest discovery!
