possible back labor?

I am now 33+6 weeks, I have had super bad braxton hicks since 24 weeks. However, two nights ago I was having on again off again contractions so I chopped them up to BH again. Yesterday morning when I woke up I had this terrible pain in the right side of my lower back and it kept coming around to my pelvic area and down my thighs. I also noticed actual contractions yesterday in my abdomen but still irregular. Along with these symptoms i had nauseau and diarrhea. This morning I have woken up with the same pain. Could this just me my body getting ready for the baby or actual back labor? I feel like I have bothered my OB-GYN so many times that I do not want to keep it up unless I know if it could be real labor.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions!
