I am due July 16th with our first. I am a very impatient person and want to know if it is too early to pack our hospital bag and if so when is the right time?
Now! Haha nah, just kidding. I agree with gotdiesel2007, whenever you want I packed mine ending of second trimester because I am high risk for premature birth and also because I like to be prepared for anything. Some people wait until they actually have to go to the hospital. It depends on the person
I have started packing my bag over the past couple of weeks because hey! You never know when your LO might just show up i think you should start packing as soon as you feel the urge because you can never be to prepared and it also gives you time to pack in all thise extra bits and bobs as you think about them xx
I thought this was a support forum, I didn't realize people had to be criticized for asking a question... Anyway, I started packing weeks ago and I am 33 weeks. I am also very indecisive so I change what goes in my bag often. Whenever and however makes you comfortable!
No actually I'm not hormonal! Just sick of people asking the same questions multiple times a day. You all should take a look at the first 3 pages at least before you ask a question cause Im 100% sure it will be in there somewhere. Or this thing called the search bar....that's why they put it there!! And I didn't know people needed support about packing a bag!!
If you needed help on a subject that was already discussed before we would all be supportive not catty and snooty like you if you want to be disrespectful be ready to be disrespected and I think I have told you specifically this prior if you have nothing good to say or to add to the productiveness of the conversation then DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL
There's a difference between me and you...I would look for the topic FIRST!!! It really is common sense! Before I even commented on this thread there was one 6 threads down with the same damn question!!
@Beltrankarla wow you are incredibly rude! I don't think you need to start an argument here and to question someone about being a parent and immature that's low. I think you need to actually look at the rules of this group.
And to be fair it is getting slightly annoying to see the same posts over and over again. Pack the bag whenever you want, I really don't think you need to ask a group of women when you need to.
Such negativity for no reason. I'm glad I've been using another app for support because all I've read are negative comments for no reason at all. The girl asked a question, she didn't murder your family dog. Relax.
I really don't see anything negative here someone mentioned about the search bar and everyone goes mad about t? For people who haven't read it gets apart of the rules.....
Hmmmmm if your getting enough support over there then why are you here?! Not being "rude" just asking a question.
But like I said before there's rules. Using the search bar or looking thru the first couple pages is one of them. The only reason everybody is coming out of the woodwork now is because most of the originals are now gone cause people were reporting them because they didn't agree with them or because they pointed them to the search bar. I have been really nice about it tons of times but when the same topic is on the same page 6 posts between them it's common sense. Nobody is going to want to answer the same question every single day for a week straight!
I definitely don't want to take sides in this argument but it also says this in the rules:
But please don’t complain about reposts or crossposts. Other members may not have had the same opportunity to read it. And, naturally some conversations simply fit into two different forums. A link to the previously answered question might be more productive than a complaint about it.
I think we can just try to be a little nicer to each other in general. We are all dealing with a lot these days I'm sure.
I packed mine over 1 month ago lol but I also finished all of my baby shopping then as well. Im ways worried about being unprepared. No harm in doing it now or the last minute.
Thanks for all of the responses ladies, and I will check before posting again. I was just curious to know when past moms or soon to be moms packed their hospital bags. I don't want my husband to think I am getting to crazy with getting stuff done early

There is no right time! Just pack the bag whenever the hell you want to! This has seriously been discussed everyday for the past week or so!!
