I was so nervous for my NT scan last week. Thankfully I got good news and "everything" was normal. HOWEVER, I went to go see my doctor today and she told me that something in my bloodwork was low so they want me to do growth scans at 28, 32, and 36 weeks. She didn't explain too much and said there was just an increased week and we wouldn't worry unless we needed to. That it was more of us checking the baby's ability to grow in the womb near the end and then decide whether the baby would grow better inside or outside. I pretty much have no idea what she's talking about and she didn't seem worried but I can't help to think that she's not worried because I'm just another patient and it's not her baby. Anybody else have this happen to them? Does anyone have any idea what my OB is talking about, from personal experience?
