I think I have varigious veins how do I stop them!

i am only 23 wasn't unhealthy or unfit before I was pregnant and don't think I am now how do I stop varigious veins there small red squiggles not like some big deep veins if I can't stop them will they go away??? It's making me depressed looking at them along with stretch marks on my hips :(

    Sorry guys but they don't go away you can try creams I'm not sure if they works but the only thing I know of is laser treatments. And from what I know its from the growing and stretching and weight being put on. I have them allllllllll over my thighs right were most skirts and shorts hit ! Some can be hereditary.

    Wear compression hose: knee high ok 20-30 mmHg is the best. They are hereditary but the increased pressure on the veins during pregnancy make them much worse.

    Ohhhhhhhhhhh one lady told me she had them and massaged her legs after being pregnant and they went away :( all hope is lost now
