Belly button doesn't look completely healed after 5 weeks?

LO belly button stump fell off at around day 10. She is 5 weeks today and it doesn't look completely healed. It looks kind of raw behind the button. I can stretch the skin and see the opening.  It's a little clear ooze with a little blood. Her onsie has a little dried up crust where the belly button is. Now, I was told to clean with a q-tip and alcohol 2x day and put mupirocin antibiotic 3x day for a week by doc. Has anyone experienced something similar with their lo?

    We had to go back twice for silver nitrate to put on los belly button. I would call. That was how hers was oozy on her onsie and there was a deep spot that just wouldn't heal. Now it's fine. The silver nitrate was no big deal just dries it out quick.
