  It's so hard to say since it all depends on your dress style and where you're gaining weight.  I'm 39w with a giant baby belly and can still fit into some of my non-maternity dresses depending on the style, but others are a total lost cause.  

  
  

  How far along are you now and what does the dress look like?  

  
  

  I would probably go to a maternity store that has the cloth baby bumps to put on and measure yourself with that.  It certainly won't be exact, but it maybe can give you an idea of where you might be.

  I'm in my sister's wedding 10 days before my due date. I measured a size 10 at 14 weeks but decided to order a 16 just to be safe...mostly because I was afraid that my already large boobs (the reason I measured a 10 in the first place) would be enormous.
  
  Fast forward to me now at 35 weeks still wearing my pre-pregnancy bras (just on the loosest clasp rather than the tightest) and some of my stretchy non-maternity clothes still. The dress is HUGE. But I knew I'd have to alter it regardless and it's much better to have it be way too big than even an inch too small.

  Contact whoever manufactures the dress (is it David's Bridal?) and see if they have advice for maternity sizing. One of my bridesmaids was pregnant at my wedding, and she ordered 2 sizes up and had it altered the week before the wedding. The only part that she needed adjusted was the top around her arms, so it wasn't a huge ordeal.
