Nipple stimulation?

I'm 40 weeks & 3 days. I wanted to know thoughts and opinions about the nipple stimulation. I also wanted to know how to do it.?

    I am currently 40 weeks 5 days. I have been doing nipple stimulation today after castor oil didn't work for me over the weekend. I have been using my breast pump, 15 minutes on each breast and then a 15 minute break, then repeat for a couple hours. Just stopped a little while ago so I can make myself something to eat. Hoping to get some results from this as I want to avoid getting induced on Wednesday.
