carrying full term after miscarriage

Question I miscarried Valentine's day last year and just found out on the 13 that I am expecting and my due date according to the pregnancy bump app is January 13 I am almost 6 weeks I am wondering what'd the odds of caring full term after my miscarriage. I am already showing due to this being my 4th pregnancy (2 live 1 miscarriage) so should I be worried or just relax???

  • There are lots of women including myself who have had mc and still went on to get pregnant again and have heathy babies. Wishing you luck.

I had a MC in March of this year at 8 weeks and I'm really nervous about being pregnant again -especially so soon.... But I know lots of ladies in RL who have had MC and even still births and gone on to have healthy pregnancies and beautiful babies!
  • This is sooo difficult. Im currently 6+4. I had a MC in jan at 5 weeks and thought passing that milestone this time round would be enough. Had a scan at 5+4 due to pain and felt great for about 3 days. Now its the wait for my booking appt and 12 week scan which im yet to get a date for. I try to stay positive but dont want to 'get my hopes up' n to make sure i dont i keep readin about HB at 5 weeks gone by 12 weeks.... Its actually driving me insane despite knowing i or anyone else cant do anything to change how my pregnancy will progress and that theres 'only' a 21% risk of MC :((

So sorry for your MC, though I have not had one, I know somebody who had over 8 MCs but later gave birth to 2 healthy beautiful daughters one after the other. Prayers sent up for you. Just sit back and relax with your tiny tots and send all the positive vibes to the one in the belly. Take care.

I've had two MC and one text book perfect pregnancy that came on my due date. I think the odds are the same with every pregnancy (about 20%). I had a MC, then three months later conceived my son who is now 2, then I had another MC in October. The OBGYN basically said it was pretty normal.
