Urbini Omni 3 in 1 Travel System?

Hi everyone! I know I'm new to posting to these things but I'm due in July and am trying to nail down the baby gear I'm wanting. Does anyone know anything about the safety ratings of the infant car seat that comes in this system? Basically the only reason why I'm considering this system is because I absolutely LOVE the looks of the stroller.. but I have my doubts about the infant car seat. I have registered for the Chicco Key Fit car seat (because it seems the safest for the money) but didn't know if the Urbini Omni was just as good. Anyone have this system and like it? Or would you rather have the Chicco? Any input would be helpful! Thank you!

    All car seats have to pass the same safety tests. If it's on the market, it's safe. I have never heard of the Urbini Omni and would probably stick with the Chicco for that reason. Chicco has one of, if not the highest consumer rating on the market.

    Is there any way you could test out both strollers? I would never buy a travel system on looks alone.

    I have one. I bought it based on the reviews and love it. Of course I haven't put it to the test yet lol but the quality is very good. I was skeptical because it is a relatively unheard of product but went to Walmart to check one out first before ordering. I have very high hopes for it though. It's very lightweight but still sturdy and the fabric is good quality. Good luck!

    I really loved the bassinet feature this one has! I thought it was the cutest stroller in that price range! It was my pick but when we went to buy it they only had pink and I wanted the all black one. Hubby took a good look at it while we were there and said he didn't like it bc the tires were plastic not rubber like bike tires.... He ended up getting a jogging stroller with rubber tires, lol
    I plan to baby wear so I guess it's not a big deal if I let him have his way on this one item, lol

    I bought this system and heard great reviews, Havnt tried it out obviously yet as little one isn't here. But I did notice the wheels were plastic and know that that doesn't work so well on anything except flat pavement and we go on walks on back trails and such so I just went online and bought some gently used rubber wheels that hubby is going to switch out for me! And voila! Problem fixed teehee! :)

    I ordered the urbini touri stroller, haven't used it yet. We probably won't use the stroller so much, but the car seat itself was $100 so I got the system. I loved the omni but we will probably only use the stroller on vacation so it really wasn't worth it for us
