PIP Thursday!

Hi all!
For those of us sticking around, let's re-commit to the daily threads! I realize a lot of people are in limbo or posting to other boards/places, but to help keep the community here solid, please participate!

Lil'mamaz was born on Aug 21, 2014! She's PERFECT!

It's been a long road to here...
Me (43) and J (45) - same sex couple. And we don't feel 40+!
June'12 - First RE Visit
Sept. '12 - Tubes removed
Dec. '12 - Donor Egg/Donor Sperm IVF Cycle - 4 good embies!
Dec. '12 - Fresh transfer, BFP! EDD 8/29/13
Mar. '13 - Missed m/c at 16w1d, baby boy stopped growing at 15w4d
Loss due to umbilical cord clot...baby was perfect. :(
Jul '13 - FET#1 - c/p
Sept. '13 - FET#2 - BFN
Dec.' 2, 2013 - FET#3 with our last chance embie - BFP!!!
Dec' 26, 2013 - hb!!
EDD 8/20/14 with a baby girl!
Little S was born on 8/21/14 - 8lb, 14 oz and 20 inches long.
We live in Seattle and used SRM for our donor egg IVF cycle

    I've been MIA for awhile but finally had a chance to get on this board.  I hope everyone is doing well! My wife is 31 weeks pregnant with baby #2! We are over the moon excited! Here was our announcement a few months ago.  

    The other picture is of us in front of the Breaking Bad van.  We live where it was filmed and we finally got to take a picture.  Such a great show!

    Simone can rock a bald head or a pink wig! Love it!

     We're 29 weeks pregnant and got a great glimpse of our little guy (Tanner) last week. Check out those lips!

    @jennaandbetsy he is so cute! Those little lips! I love the name Tanner. I have a 21-yr-old friend of my family named Tanner, he is an awesome guy.

    2/20/2014 Brynlee Madeline is taken too soon at 19weeks she was perfect

    IUI#3 6/10/14 BFP beta #1 276 beta #2 722 20w A/S shows we are having a girl

    #4 M playing with momma because sleep is apparently not needed in our house at 6 weeks old or 30 years old! Thanks M!!!

    And bonus...just because I've learned this to be oh so true!


    10 medicated IUI's (3 with injectables). 
    IUI #1 (medicated) Jan. 2013-BFP!!!!- Beta's didn't double, MTX shot for possible ectopic.
    8 IUI's between April 13-April 14 = BFN 
    IUI #10 and final before IVF, injectables May 2014- BFP!!!!  TWINS!!!!

    7 week ultrasound showed 2 wonderful heartbeats!
    8 weeks to the ER with vaginal bleeding while on vacations!  Diagnosed SubChorionic Hemorrhage.  Babies are both great.
    9 week ultrasound showed both babies are still great.

    Nothing to post, but I love the photos!

    And @clairmeij, just a comment from your signature line-- I'm gearing up for my second medicated IUI next week.  Happy to see that it was the charm for your family!
    Me- 39 (turning 40 in April), TTC for the first time ever (since Jan 2015), low ovarian reserve
    Married 3/14/14 to my wonderful wife, but her sperm count is rather low
    TTC with frozen donor sperm and science

    7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
    2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
    Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
    Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!  
    fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP! 
    Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)
