I had my LO 5/3 and things have been great.... Till today. Got a headache and now I feel terribly achy. Just wondering if this is normal postpartum stuff or if I'm getting sick. Google wasn't much help in this area.

    I had my LO 5/4 and ever since I got home finally (this monday) I've had headaches and my whole body hurt. I was also wondering if this was normal

    Did you have an epidural? They can cause headaches. Or any chance of a blocked milk duct? Flu like symptoms, headache , fatigue, body aches go hand in hand with that. Hope you feel better soon!

    I did have an epidural. My first thought was blocked milk duct. I took a hot shower and expressed milk and got some from both breast. Not sure how else to tell if one is blocked or not. I took some Advil and have been drinking a ton of water and am feeling a bit better! Thank you!
