Pain in right side of pelvic area

im having some pain. But it's almost like pulsing. Then just disappears and comes back. Feels so interesting. And it's like the top of my vagina on the right side. Anyone experiencing this?!

Yes. I've been having it for quite some time. It's been very painful actually. I talked to my OB about it because of the level of pain it was causing but they were not concerned. They said that it's just ligament pain. It sucks though.
