How is your stash looking? Do you feel like you have enough/are ready? What are you most excited to use? Is anyone planning on CDing from birth?
I started with DS at 8 days old, and this time around I'm going to bring our cloth to the hospital. I am SO excited!
I stopped buying diapers about 3 weeks ago. I've got a collection of prefolds (Green Mountain Diapers), workhorse fitteds (also GMDs), Swaddlebees Simplex Newborn AIOs, and a few NB pockets.
This time around we're going to try using a hanging wet/dry bag for dirties instead of a pail and liner like we did for DS. I really hope it works!

Re: Cloth diapering mamas, come in!!
Hey there! FTM and first time cloth diaper-er. We're not going to start from birth since I made the diapers I ran out of steam to make new born size. We also don't have any diaper services around (we live an hour from the nearest town over 5k people) so we will have a diaper bag. A friend gave us a hose attachment for the toilet. We'll see how it goes, wish us luck!
Our stash is primarily THX newborns, sunbaby and alvas. We will be cloth diapering up until our move and once we have a house in Korea. I am not cloth diapering in the hotel.

I do have some pockets and aios. They will be nice for the middle of the night changes and also for when baby fights diaper changes. And for babysitters who would be scared by prefolds. Also pockets and aios can be stay dry if that bothers baby to feel wet. But you can add a fleece liner on top of a prefold for that. Hth

I just don't understand it. Don't people realize that disposables weren't even a popular choice until the mid-80's? It's not a barbaric or especially difficult thing...
