Back pain, mucus plug and popping/clicking sound from belly

I have intense lower back pain still but no contractions yet.
Been to the loo for a number 2 quite a few times already (apparently also a sign) and I think a part of my my mucus plug has come out, it was a snotty and gross looking blob on the toilet paper! (I always look because I check for blood or any funny business)
As a side note, I've been hearing"clicking" or popping noises coming from my tummy..
Any feedback on this mommies?
I'm currently 39 weeks 2 days xxx

I have heard Clicking from my belly to. Just thought i was crazy. Curious to see if anyone knows what it is ?

I had a pop the day before yesterday, my doctor said its your pelvis bone popping as it expands, but to always watch to make sure your water hasn't broken and sometimes you can hear a pop when your water breaks too.
