I have been getting them too. Nothing seems to help. I've tried tylenol, sleeping in different positions, stretching, etc. I think mine started a few months ago when I began using the Tracey Anderson workout dvd's which are supposed to be designed for pregnancy. Some of the moves made my tailbone sore and it really has not gone away since. hopefully someone here will have some good advice!
