Since I've been scratching my head at so many different posts lately, i figure it's time to remind ourselves of the good in this world

To start: the past week or two, every single time I've been a crowded subway train there's been someone who has offered me their seat. So often I complain about how terrible the commute is, it's not fair that I don't bring some of these better days to light. Most days I won't take the seat since Im only on the subway for one stop but it truly makes my day to know there are thoughtful and kind people out there.
If you guys are ever desperate, this tumblr is great for feeling like the world isn't as bad as people can sometimes lead us to believe:

I've also appreciated how many strangers offer to help with things! I'm always being offered help to put things in my car, people are holding open doors, etc.
And how people tend to smile and light up when they ask you about your baby. It's pretty cute
@klkonwi ive been such an antisocial troll lately, you're reminding me it will be good to get out this weekend and air out a bit lol
I second that notion. The people arguing against that thread are trying to break my faith. And the new threads that keep popping up are breaking me a little. Thankfully I enjoy flexing my snark muscles lol
