Lower back pain, should I be worried?

I've left a message for my OB but I thought I'd check here to see if anyone was dealing with something similar. I'm 17 weeks today and over the last few days I've been feeling pain in my lower back similar to menstrual cramps. Actually they feel like the very first labor contractions I had with DD. Which is what worries me most. I would expect some lower back pain due to my growing front, but this isn't a constant ache. It comes on suddenly and goes away suddenly. Absolutely no spotting or bleeding, but it still kind of freaks me out. I know what Braxton Hicks contractions are like and I've been having those too. This is something else. Anybody else experience something similar? TIA!

    I had this a few weeks back, turned out to be a UTI. UTI symptoms can be a lot different while youre pregnant compared to when you arent, so I'd definitely get it checked out. Its just a simple urine test, cant hurt to make sure!
