I just walk as well..my dog is really enjoying it! I go on a morning, afternoon, and night walk. Plus when I have time I go to the mall and make rounds using the stairs as much as possible
Normal workouts (legs, back, chest arms... Etc) for me still. I have just reduced the weight but have increased the reps. For cardio, I sometimes run (slowly) but mostly just get on the stair master or walk on the treadmill and increase the incline to 10.
Walking, trying to get to the gym still twice a week (10 minutes eliptical, 1/2 hour weights and squats and abs), and once a week swimming for 45 minutes. My sleep is shit the last month, so I don't always make the gym twice, but I try to walk more to make up for it - there's no way I can go to the gym after a day of teaching, way too tired for that nonsense.
I'm still walking, elliptical, some trx and kettlebells. I'm 37wks + 3 days. I'm a scheduled csection on the 27th and want to keep going with everything until then. I just try to listen to my body and if I'm feeling sore or just not into it that day I give myself a break. At my last appt my doctor told me it was ok to get lazy now and just take it easy! ha
Was still doing modified CrossFit workouts up to 36 weeks. Now I haven't been doing much of anything (just trying to make sure this baby doesn't come as early as the last one!) but will definitely start working out again if I make it to 39 weeks to try and get this baby out!
38 weeks and still doing squats, lunges and arm weights at cardio class......4 times a week. Also walking once a week at least 2,5 miles. Have done this whole pregnancy - baby happy and healthy and doctor says keep it up and slow down anytime I feel tired.
