AW: I just gave birth!! Wtf? Early FTM

I'm being a bit of an attention whore right now but I'm pretty shocked.. I am 39 weeks 2 days FTM so I didn't expect this at all! I woke up and went to the bathroom and seen I had the bloody show.

I was writing the whole birth story but decided it was too long and had to cut it down a whole lot woops.

Basically I didn't feel contraction pain at first it was just normal pain but then it started feeling contractions so I timed it at 3 mins apart so went into the hospital. I don't think they believed I was in labour as they wanted me to go home but I didn't want to. I got there at 10am then about 1pm I said I need to push when my contractions come.. Still didn't believe me then I lied on the bed and my water broke (exploded) and I asked for epidural and they said it's too late she's coming now.. About 1:30pm she was born and they all call me super woman here because they were so shocked by my pain tolerance as am I! I will post on the announcement thread with a pic and details after I have a little rest

Thanks ladies x I made 'dragon ball z' jokes to DH when I was pushing to keep him calm for some reason haha don't know why I think I was losing it by that point

This was my first clue that you were superwoman. "Oh, it's just normal pain, nothing to see here kids," when I'm pretty sure I would be busy locating an anesthesiologist.

Too bad you didn't keep your long story! Looking forward to the details when you get some rest... soooo...in about 18 years?

Congrats! This is why I always tell FTM that sometimes you will be suprised at your pain tolerance! Not every labor is the same.My contractions were not painful or even regular (they kept on for hours but went from 3 to 5 to 7 to 3 etc. ) I started to have pain when I went into transition (around 7 cm) then I caved for an epidural because there is no way I would of had the energy to push after going thru that!!! Congrats again on your bundle of joy
