Baby dropping

FTM. And I am seeing some of your babies are dropping. How do you know? What does it feel like? I honestly have no idea what this is. Except the obvious of a baby dropping. I'm sorry I sound so dime right now. I'm just really curious to know when this happens I will know what it is. And does it mean the baby is coming soon?

    This happens at different times for everyone, but usually around or between 34-38 weeks. And it's feels exactly like it sounds. You will feel the baby actually drop down lower into your pelvic area, and will become much more uncomfortable. You will notice a difference in your bump too as it will shift lower down. This is when the 'waddling' really starts! Lol oh the joys!

    It basically feels like a bowling ball down there and you will walk like there is one as well

    Yep! I thought this happened already as my bump shifted, but mid wife says she isn't head down yet. But my waddle is in full effect nonetheless

    I carried my daughter super low the whole time and it was AWFUL this time I'm so high that I'm praying for the time when I can breath and eat at the same time!!! Still all in all this time around is waaaaay more comfortable.

    My baby dropped and that's why I looked this post up. The cramps are insane. All day cramping and pelvis aches. I wonder if it will subside? It's the third day so probably not!

    I feel she was low almost the whole pregnancy but around 23 weeks she moved up and now I am so crowded by my ribs and lungs, looking forward to the drop. It can't come soon enough.
