Are any of you craving something, but don't know what it is? This is driving me crazy! Anything I try to eat, he doesn't like, and my tummy feels so unsettled after I eat anything! I know I'm craving something, I just don't know what. :-?
It took me two weeks to understand that I wanted soup. Before that I thought things sounded good and they'd taste gross after the first bite. So I hated eating
Yes! I do this all the time. But I work very hard to identify the craving. I google images of food, read the dinner thread on here and I look up restaurant menus.
It took a week for me to realize I wanted sauerkraut. By the time I got it, I was a little over it.
I have a 2lb jar of sauerkraut in my fridge... :-L
Oh that's the worst! I feel like I spend half my time in the grocery store needing one of those dowsing sticks to land on whatever it is I actually want!! My partner has an entire "backup" grocery list memorised that he'll run through, hoping the baby is cycling through some of the favourites. If all else fails I've learned that most of my cravings are actually his favourite foods, so I'll make him pick out something that sounds good lol
I try to go to the grocery store right after I eat and buy anything that appeals to me. Then I have it on hand when I want it. But of course, things that are appealing today may not be tomorrow.

It's annoying, for sure. I'm having that moment myself right now. I want something but I don't know WHAT. I just ate lunch but I feel like I've hit that grazing phase where I want a little of it all.
I'm doing this exact thing!! DH is probably loving it though. I take two bites of something and I pass it off because it wasn't "the thing" yet. Someday I'll find it. Someday.
