Dried up Boobies

I thought at this point in the pregnancy (39+2 weeks) that i would have had something leak from my breasts. But so far I've not had as much as a drop. No colostrum , nothing. ... it's starting to make me paranoid that i won't have a good milk supply when it does finally come in. I've read on here so many people having leaky boobs already that I'm wondering if anyone else has not had a single drop yet ?

    I'm pg with my 3rd and I didn't leak at all with my first. When I had him, the lactation consultant, at the hospital, said I was a milk machine based on the colostrum I was producing. I nursed my boys until 18mths & 20mths, without any supply issues.

    Point being, don't stress! It's totally fine and not indicative of your future supply.

    I didn't leak with my son, and I'm 38 weeks tomorrow with no leaking. I'm not worried, it came in when my son came and then I was a cow.

    It's different for everyone. I'm a FTM but I started leaking at 20 weeks (totally freaked me out as I did not expect it that early). It went on for a couple weeks and then stopped. I'm due tomorrow and I leak occasionally now but not as much as I did several months ago. My sister didn't leak at all while pregnant with either of her kids. She was able to breastfeed exclusively. I wouldn't stress about it :)

    I leaked entire pregnancy and now that I have my son, I am unable to breastfeed due to collapsed nipples and low milk supply. Go figure.

    Don't worry, most women have no issues producing whether they leak or not during pregnancy :) leaking during means nothing.

    I haven't had any leaking and my boobs only went up by 1 cup size and I'm 40+1 now. I surely thought by my due date I'd have something noticeable too but no. However like the other ladies said, it shouldn't have any effect on your milk production after birth.

    I breastfed my first & produced milk like a cow. No supply issues here. I didn't have anything come from my nipples the entire pregnancy. Babe is a week old & I'm back to cow status. Don't worry! You're lucky!

    I was worried too I didn't leak any colostrum and my breast barely got fuller. Im breastfeeding now and the lactation nurse was amazed at the amount of milk i was pumping.I had latching issues in the hospital and had to pump for a few feedings to heal.I almost started drinking mothers milk. thank God i didn't. I'm producing enough for twins! I was told u don't make milk until placenta is delivered.

    I hardly leaked at all while pregnant and now I swear I have enough milk for a baby football team! I wouldn't worry about it!!
