I wear thigh high compression stockings when I'm going to be on my feet a lot which seems to help. Drink plenty of fluids and elevate your feet as much as possible.
I can't find my ankles now days. I prop my feet and try to reduce sodium. I wear sandals with a bit of a wedge because flats make my ankles worse and kills my back. I think it's just part of pregnancy. I only drink about 4 bottles of water a day so I could do better with that.
Trying to drink more water and adding lemon juice each time. I need to get some watermelon too. Sleeping with pillows under my feet which help but within hours I'm swollen again.
Re: Ankles have started swelling... Tips
Try to stay off your feet, and put them up for at least an hour every day.

NO SALT!!!! Salt cause water retention, which is typically the cause of swelling.
