spotting & no mucus plug

I woke up from my nap today and when I went pee I noticed some pink spotting. but I haven't lost my mucus plug yet. has this happened to anyone? I'm 38 1/2 weeks.

    Did you just have a cervical exam? Cuz it's likely you'll have spotting after one

    Sex lately can cause that. Or hemroids you didn't know you had... If it's anything that might fill a pad I was told to go in though.
