okay so it's been 7 weeks PP and Im having this issue down there. Whenever I go pee if I contract my muscles Down there It hurts! This has been happening for the past 3 weeks but I read that it can be because it's sore from labor but it's been 7 weeks and I'm wondering if it's still Normal? I've also had white discharge over the past weeks but it started going away and now I have what seems to be my period but I'm not sure, it's just small amounts of dark brown stuff. Sorry I know this is Tmi but I wanna know if anyone else has gone through this and if it's normal or if I should go get it checked.

    You should definitely talk to your doctor but it just sounds like you aren't done healing yet. Did you have any stitches? And also did you go for your six week postpartum check up? And have you been sexually active?

    Yeah I went for my checkup and everything is healed :/ and yeah I've been sexually active which actually feels pretty painful :/
