Bottle intro - should I pump during bottle session?

I haven't found this anawer so hoping it's not covered and I missed it.

My LO is 4.5 weeks and I'm ready to start pumping once a day so my husband can feed and I can begin storing for back to work!

LC recommended one pump session after morning nursing session a day. Seems to make sense. She said give bottles at least 3x a week and freeze the rest. Also said to start with 2 ounces so not to waste any in case.

I forgot to ask if I should be pumping AGAIN when my husband provides the bottle? So I pumped this morning and got 2 ounces (was told it will increase with time). If my husbands provides a bottle for LO tonight and he drinks it - should I be pumping to make up for that session?

So many questions! Thanks for any advice!
