possible SGA baby

I had my 38 week appointment today and heart beat is great, head down, and starting to dilate a bit but my midwife is concerned that he might be SGA and has me going in for a growth scan next week...I know that guessing the weight by ultrasound this late can be off by a pound or more but I can't help but feel like I did something wrong to make him be small because my pregnancy has been so easy and gone so well. I know i shouldn't worry too much because it was most likely him positioned weird but I can't help but be upset :(

Has anyone had this with their baby?

    Don't worry about it. I'm 37 weeks and I'm going in on Friday for a SGA. My baby has been inconsistent with size my whole pregnancy. She is just on the smaller side. She is completely healthy.
