Did you discuss giving your infant something other than formula/BM with your pediatrician?

Well my grandparents drove their kids around without car seats. Worked for them right? Might as well just throw the kid in the backseat.

Do you see the flaw in your logic? A baby recently died because her parents diluted breast milk with water. Tea is leaves soaked in water. Filling a baby up without providing nutritional value is dangerous.

Oh my god why would you mix tea and formula. That sounds like the absolute WORST idea. PLEASE talk to your doctor before you hurt your baby. @reyes95

Yes, tea is good for BF'ng mothers. I'm glad you checked with your doc, though. Certain teas, like peppermint can dry you up so be careful!

The suggestion isn't to ask the doctor before a mother eats a new food its for when someone plans on giving their INFANT something other than formula or breastmilk.
