Postpartum bleeding at 7 weeks

I'm a horse trainer and returned to riding at 4 weeks p.p, which seemed fine. I have been taken it easy and only riding a couple horses a day, yet I have continued to bleed and then it would start and stop. But I had bleeding continued into my 7 week and my 6 week p.p check up got pushed back to this wek 7. Has anyone else had this problem when it comes to exercise? I'll be see my doctor in a day so I'm not to concerned but also have been bleeding after sex ....

    I was still bleeding at 7 1/2 weeks PP which was caused by a small amount of retained placenta that required a D&C at 8 weeks PP. The bleeding was not constant. If it's red blood may be worth a call to your doctor a bit early.

    I stopped bleeding at the beginning of week 3 and started up again at 6 weeks until 7 weeks . My pp checkup also got pushed back to 7 weeks. I told my doctor about and they said it was most likely my first postpartum period. Maybe that's what it could be for you? If you're worried a call to your doctor wouldn't hurt either
