    A true prolapsed cord in the vagina is definitely a medical emergency. Like get in hands and knees and call 911 for a trip to the hospital and c/s kind of emergency.
    I am crossing my fingers that you mean the cord is below the baby's head on a scan, and that your care provider has a plan for you...
