My daughter just turned 3 months and lately is fighting every idea of sleep she can. She usually will fall asleep when nursing or just being held in a quiet setting but as soon as she's laid down she pops her head up once she's in a deep sleep (like at night) she only wakes up if she's hungry then will easily go back to bed but any other time she fights it for at least 20 minutes (we feed, change, and burp her before she's laid down then if she's still crying after 20 minutes we check on her) my question is how do you break this??? I've been told to let her cry herself to sleep and to cuddle her I'm completely lost
