Baby due in 12 days

Soo....the last couple of weeks I have not done anything in baby's room and I feel like I'm slacking......What else do I need to do in preparation for baby's arrival. I've started bringing some stuff in my room, bc he will be sleeping in bassinet. I just don't know what else there is to do, I feel like I'm missing on doing something. I'm also waiting on baby's letters for his wall, so when that arrives, his room décor should be complete.

    Have you installed the carseat? I'm due May 19th and I think we have everything all ready to go. Do you have your bags packed for the hospital?

    Couple of ideas: Wash some of baby's clothes or other cloth items that you'll need right away (swaddles, spit up rags, etc.).  Charge your camera and have a memory card ready if you're planning on bringing it to the hospital.

    Bags packed for hospital, carseat installed (husband has to wipe it down though), washed most of clothes(0-3 months) waiting to wash others, husband should be getting camera ready.

    Waiting to clean and sterilize bottles, due to breastfeeding, so it will get done closer to when we will introduce bottles and pacifier.

    If you're sending out birth announcements you could get those designed and addresses put together.

    I'm due May 22nd and I got everything done my husband has to hang the baby letters & wall decor other then that I got everything oh & the baby music mobile I haven't found 1 I really liked .

    Same here. I'm due May 23rd. Everything is all set for baby besides decorating the walls in her room. Oh and we have our queen sized bed in there still since my mom will be coming to stay with us and using it. The nursery used to be our only spare bedroom so once my mom leaves we will take out the bed and put in the rocking chair and some nice shelves. Maybe even a book shelf.
