Numbness on one side

Hello everyone... I'm a first time mommy (4 weeks and 5 days). I'm currently experiencing slight numbness in my right leg (from hip to toes), uncomfortable feeling in my large intestine on my right side by my navel (feels like gas is stuck) and kidney back pain on my right side as well. I'm very concerned but don't want to trip out if this is a normal thing... These feelings go away however they do come back. Should I be worried?

    I'm bloated and crampy, but no numbness or kidney pain. Those aren't symptoms I've heard of in early pregnancy. Do you have a history of kidney stones? And UTI symptoms? You may want to make an appointment to get it checked out. Good luck!

    @DaphneMoon1 No history of kidney stones.. UTI twice but I know what that feels like... I'm not sure I think I'm just going to make a dr appointment :(( thank you so much for your response!
