Is this diaper cover too big for NB????

I'm a FTM, so I'm not too familiar with baby sizes. I ordered this NB diaper cover with plans for baby to wear it home from the hospital (goes with his father's 40 yr old NB gown). I put it on top of a pottery barn catalog, so you can get an idea for size. To me it seems big for a NB. My husband is trying to convince me the diaper will fill it out.

Um. That looks huge!

First came love, then came marriage - Oct 31, 09
Then came a miscarriage March '11
Then came a baby in the baby carriage May 16, 12

Waiting on our second little peanut!

That's what I was afraid! Gosh I hope I don't have to give birth to a tushy that big!!!!

Far too big, get yourself a newborn diaper and compare the size... You'll see that's probably more than double.
