keloids on scalp anyone!?

hi I'm a FTM in my third trimester 35 weeks I'll be 36 this Saturday and I've notice these bumps on my scalp. they were there since maybe March but I didn't realize what the looked like until about a week ago when my sister took a picture for me. and they didn't hurt at first but now my scalp is tender and very sensitive just where I have the bumps. I went to the doctors yesterday and she said it looked like keloids but didn't get me much to go on. so I'm a little confused as to what to do. I have three bumps on my scalp one big one and tho small ones. all three are pretty close together and on the right side. anyone else experiencing something like this or have experienced something like this? if so what did you do to make them go away or ease the tenderness? is this something that just happens in pregnancy and will go away on its on? I've look for answers on the internet but not really getting any... any help will be very much appreciated. thank you!

Have you had an injury to your head recently? Sometimes you can find relief with a kenelog shot or cryotherapy. Did your pcp mention that?

I haven't had an injury to my head or anything like that and no my doctor didn't mention that.

You might ask if they can do that to see if it will help.
