Omfg you prayed for a miscarriage?! Well I for one hope you get one!! I can't imagine my mom praying I would die in her womb. I would gladly trade you places considering I just lost mine in a traumatic way. You can't just come onto the internet and into a public forum and say whatever horrible thing you're thinking then post a disclaimer "oh but no judgement!" and seriously expect that no-one is allowed to judge you or say anything less than positive. Just like the pot smoking mom that was high half her pregnancy, oh but no judgement guys, she didn't need the negativity! Here's my thought - You don't deserve the baby and I hope you do lose it.. Oh, but no judgement guys. And hey, my feelings are just as important and valid as anyone else's. It's a 2 way street. See how that works? Now if you'll excuse me, I was trying to find a place for our baby stuff and discussing how we are honoring mother's day this weekend while mourning our loss....
@lovearoo - I understand the point you're making, but please lets not wish she loses the baby. I pray this woman gives that baby up for adoption if she can't make a connection. Every baby deserves life. I take this subject to heart as an adopted kid myself. Your other points I will not contest... but please... lets not wish the baby doesn't make it even if the OP admits to having thought that. That is something she needs to work out with a professional.
If a pregnancy is unplanned and unwanted, how is it unnatural to wish for it to stop? That's not at all the same as wanting to kill your baby. It's closer to being in denial of pregnancy. Hasn't something bad ever happened to you that you just wish for some way to undo it and make it go away? She says she doesn't want abortion, so this is not really a death wish. I am type a too and understand how difficult it can be to wrap your mind around something that you have no control over that is going to change your life. I think those who are rubbed the wrong way by this post are somehow managing to be both overly sensitive and insensitive at the same time.
All I can say is thank you. I would never go out and just kill something for the sake of killing it. Adoption is a wonderful thing, and i would love to do something like that for someone. My praying for a miscarriage was more a wishful thinking that then it would be decided for me. But if I pushed the adoption thing, my husband would probably divorce me and keep it anyway. So theres that. There is no good option here for me. Maybe ill feel better about it later. But with people getting so upset I think this should just be dropped. Ive gotten good advice and should just take it see what happens.
Ha -you just wished her a miscarriage. Your a worse human being. She's acknowledging she's struggling and knows she needs help. What is your excuse? You say your Normal? Hopefully she doesn't kill herself after reading some of your disgusting posts. Clearly you've never dealt with mental illness or maybe you currently are. Who knows!

Did he express why he is so against adoption? Maybe if he just had an opportunity to speak with a social worker he might feel differently. There are open adoptions and closed adoptions that can be considered. Again, don't want to beat a dead horse. I've given my opinion and others have given you theirs so we can let it sit at that, but I just wanted to add that it might be worth a real sit down with him.
Does anyone else here have a problem with some people telling her to have her husband consider adoption just bc the OP doesn't want the baby? I'm not saying go have an abortion bc I do not support them but, it's not just her baby it is her DH too.
